Walk-Through Form

During your Walk-Through, your service representative will complete the Homeowners Walk-Through Form. This form will be used to note any items that may be of concern to you. At the end of the Walk-Through, you will be asked to sign the Walk-Through form stating that you accept your home subject to any items needing attention.

All items that require service repair or replacement must be recorded on this form (Referred to as Punch-Out-List).
