Walk-Through AppointmentPlease feel free to contact your Sales Representative prior to your Walk-Through date to confirm that everything is on schedule. It is important to be on time as we sometimes schedule another Walk-Through soon after. Please note: The customer service representative will wait 15 minutes beyond the appointment time. If the Buyer does not arrive by the end of the 15 minute grace period, the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date. We request that you do not bring children, friends, relatives, food, etc., on the Walk-Through Orientation as this can take your attention away from the important information that is provided to you during the Orientation. The purpose of the Walk-Through is to show you the features of your brand new home and explain their operation and maintenance, as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. You will have your Homeowners Manual to use as a reference at this time. |
