Non-Emergency Procedure and Contacts
In an effort to consolidate service related trips and minimize inconvenience to you, our customer, we ask that you follow these procedures for non-urgent service requests.
You will receive a Warranty Request Form included with your Warranty and Maintenance Guide. Return the completed request at or about 11 months. Simply fill out the service request form and return to Jerry's Homes, Inc. via mail, e-mail or fax.
Upon receipt, a representative from Jerry's Homes, Inc. will contact you to coordinate a service schedule. It is possible that an initial visit from the service representative will be necessary to determine responsibility/resolution prior to scheduling service.
Make sure your home is accessible and the owner or a responsible party is available for the duration of the agreed service times. Service times will be within Jerry's Homes, Inc. normal hours of operation: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm.
